Question 1

What is Shopwicket for?

Accepted Answer

Shopwicket is for owners of small online stores who want to check their public store links. Its current scope is on-demand broken-link scans and saved reports.

Question 2

What do I need before I can scan?

Accepted Answer

Save the public URL for your store. You can then start a broken-link scan from your workspace when you choose.

Question 3

Does Shopwicket scan automatically?

Accepted Answer

Saved stores can use a daily or weekly schedule. Due scans run when you open your workspace; scans do not run in the background while you are away. You can also start an on-demand scan at any time.

Question 4

What does a saved report include?

Accepted Answer

A report records affected source page URLs and destination URLs, along with the HTTP outcome or error for each checked link.

Question 5

Does Shopwicket monitor checkout errors?

Accepted Answer

No. Checkout-error monitoring is unavailable until the required checkout access exists. Current scans check public links; they do not monitor checkout errors.

Question 6

Can Shopwicket suggest fixes with AI?

Accepted Answer

No. AI-generated suggested fixes are unavailable until model support exists. Shopwicket currently saves scan results for you to review.

Question 7

Will Shopwicket change my store?

Accepted Answer

No. Shopwicket saves the scan report for you to review; it does not make changes to your store.
